 All prices are excluded shipping costs. The prices are factory delivery only. (EXW) The factory location is in Ankara / TURKIYE. 

 If you have a contracted forwarder in Turkiye, we will deliver your order to your forwarder's address located in Turkiye. In this case, the transportation cost of your order, -from Ankara to your forwarder's city in Turkiye -  will charge from you after your approval.

 If you do not have a contracted forwarder in Turkiye, the delivery cost of your order will be calculated according to volume and the country you have requested to deliver with our contracted forwarders than we will update you for your approval. If you approve, the shipment cost of your order from Turkey to your country will charge from you. 

 When you send your order from our web site, next step, you will receive a Proforma Invoice in short time according to your order list. At this stage, you will also be informed about factory delivery date of your order, transportation of your order and the bank account information for the payment.

 When you receive Proforma Invoice, you will have 3 (three) working days to transfer your order amount. We will get process your order upon we receive the order amount you have sent.

 It's your own responsibility to find out and to cover import tax and other possible expenses according to import regulations of your country.
